• Lead and inspire a team of Banking Operations Analysts, ensuring the timely delivery of critical ticket and non-ticket work while consistently meeting service level commitments.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT

• Abilities: Proven ability to lead and coach operational teams, manage multiple priorities, analyze workflows, identify process improvements, solve problems proactively, and consistently deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: 6+ years of experience in banking operations and/or finance operations, including experience supporting multiple processing environments and back-office operational functions.
• Education: Bachelors degree
