Job summary

Shashwath Solution is seeking a highly skilled Workforce Compensation Expert with Oracle Fusion HCM expertise to lead design, configuration, and implementation for clients in our consulting division.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of hands-on experience, specialist in Fast Formulas, and a proven track record across at least two end-to-end Fusion implementations. Strong client-facing skills and ability to drive workshops and knowledge transfer are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
• Experience with at least 2 end-to-end Fusion implementations.
• Proficient in developing Fast Formulas for Workforce Compensation.
• Strong client-facing communication and workshop delivery.
• Ability to work independently in a consulting environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Requirements

• Experience with at least 2 end-to-end implementations of Fusion Workforce Compensation.

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a consulting or clientfacing environment.
