Position: Worker / Machine Operator

Job Overview

We seek a skilled and detail‑oriented operator to join our production team, responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing machinery, ensuring efficient production of high‑quality skin care, cosmetics, and oral care products.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, reporting any defects or issues to supervisors.
• Assist in the setup and calibration of machines for different production runs.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.

Qualifications

• Hard Skills: Proficiency in operating and maintaining manufacturing machinery; basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems; ability to read and interpret technical manuals and SOPs; familiarity with quality control processes and GMP standards.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills; excellent time management and ability to work under pressure; team player with effective communication skills; willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Education & Certifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certification or vocational training in machine operation or a related field is preferred.
• Forklift certification or other relevant licenses are a plus.

Preferred Experience

• 1‑3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in cosmetics, skin care, or oral care.
• Experience with automated filling, labeling, and packaging machines is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is an advantage.
