Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
• Lead and train a team of machine operators, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.
• Monitor production output and quality, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with the production manager to optimize workflows and meet production targets.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork within the production team.

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in cosmetics, skin care, or oral care.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience with automated filling, labeling, and packaging machines is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.
