Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing machinery to ensure the efficient production of high-quality skin care, cosmetics, and oral care products. This role requires technical expertise, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment to minimize downtime.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, reporting any defects or issues to supervisors.
• Assist in the setup, calibration, and changeover of machines for different production runs.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.

• Experience with automated filling, labeling, and packaging machines is highly desirable.
