Job Overview

HCP Wellness Private Limited is looking for a skilled Senior Machine Operator to oversee and optimize the manufacturing process in our skincare, cosmetics, and oral care production lines. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and a keen eye for process improvement to ensure high-quality output and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing machinery for skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products.
• Ensure machines are set up correctly and running efficiently to meet production targets.
• Troubleshoot machine issues, conduct routine maintenance, and coordinate repairs when needed.
• Train and guide junior machine operators to improve efficiency and adherence to SOPs.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of machine performance, downtime, and maintenance schedules.
• Work closely with production and quality control teams to enhance productivity and minimize waste.
• Implement process improvements to optimize production efficiency and reduce defects.

Hard Skills

• Strong knowledge of machine operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance in a cosmetics or skincare manufacturing environment.
• Experience in handling automated and semi-automated machinery used in filling, mixing, and packaging.
