Job summary

LevelShift is seeking a Workday Tester to lead testing efforts across multiple Workday modules in Bengaluru and Chennai. The role requires deep experience in Workday functional testing and integration testing with systems like SailPoint and ADP GlobalView.

You will design test plans, execute them, document defects, and ensure data privacy during testing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in daily stand-ups, and maintain test artifacts such as templates and checklists

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Workday testing experience.
• Experience in Workday functional testing across Core HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Time Off/Leave of Absence, Security, Compensation, Talent, Performance, Reports.
• Experience in Workday Integration Testing and test data creation for integration with SailPoint, ADP GlobalView and other systems.
• Experience in Workday Business Process Testing and Workday Extend Apps Testing.
• Experience in requirements analysis, test planning, execution, defect documentation, TR, and execution reporting.
• Hands-on with Jira and ALM/Quality Center.
• Nice-to-have Knowledge of Kainos Workday automation testing tool.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements analysis and create test plans based on requirements.
• Execute test plans and document defects with clear traceability.
• Prepare QA test case templates and checklists for recurring testing activities.
• Provide status updates in daily stand-ups and report blockers/defects.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and data security during testing.
