Job summary

Tesslogs IT Solutions in India seeks an experienced Workday Financials Tester with strong Playwright Automation skills to join our testing team. The role focuses on validating Workday Financials modules and ensuring robust automation coverage.

You will design and maintain Playwright-based scripts, perform SIT/UAT testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality across GL, AP, AR, Expenses, and more.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday Financials testing experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of Workday Financial Management.
• Experience with Playwright Automation.
• Experience testing GL, AP, AR, Expenses, Procurement, Fixed Assets, or Banking in Workday.
• Knowledge of test design, data validation, and defect triage.

We are looking for an experienced Workday Financials Tester with strong hands-on expertise in Playwright Automation.

Exp: 5+ years

Loc: PAN India

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for Workday Financials.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
• Test Workday Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, Expenses, Procurement, Fixed Assets, and Banking.
• Validate Workday Business Processes, workflows, approvals, Worktags, security, and accounting transactions.
• Perform integration testing and data validation between Workday and upstream/downstream applications.
• Execute automated regression suites, analyze failures, and manage defects through closure.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect triage activities.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Workday Financials Testing.
• Good functional knowledge of Workday Financial Management.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright Automation.
• Strong knowledge of Playwright locators, assertions, waits, fixtures, and reusable automation components.
• Experience testing GL, AP, AR, Expenses, Procurement, Fixed Assets, and/or Banking.
• Strong experience in functional, integration, and regression testing.

Good to Have

• Experience building or enhancing a Playwright automation framework.
• Knowledge of EIB, Workday integrations, APIs/Web Services, and Core Connectors.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git/GitHub, JIRA, or Azure DevOps.
• Workday Financial Management certification would be an advantage.
