Job summary

Sunware Technologies in Pune seeks a Senior Workday Technical Systems Analyst to lead integrations, technical analysis, development and production support. You will design scalable Workday solutions with Studio, EIB, RaaS and Core Connectors, provide Tier 2/3 support, mentor teammates, and collaborate with HR, Product, Engineering and Vendors to drive automation, security, compliance and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, MIS or related field.
• 4–7 years of Workday experience and strong integration background.
• Experience with Workday integrations, production support, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations.
• Analyze requirements and design scalable Workday and HR tech solutions.
• Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 production support, troubleshooting, RCA, and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with HR, Product, Engineering, Operations, and vendors on integrations and projects.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Workday Technical Systems Analyst with strong experience in Workday integrations, technical analysis, development, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, RaaS, Core Connectors, XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Analyze requirements and design scalable Workday and HR technology solutions.
• Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 production support, troubleshooting, incident management, RCA, and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with HR, Product, Engineering, Operations, and vendors on integrations, enhancements, and projects.
• Drive automation, process improvements, system enhancements, and operational excellence.
• Support security, compliance, audit, and data governance requirements.
• Provide technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to team members.
  

Key Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Integrations, Workday Studio, EIB, RaaS, and Core Connectors.
• Strong hands-on experience in XML, XSLT, REST, and SOAP APIs for Workday integration development.
• Strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining Workday integrations.
• Strong hands-on experience in T2/T3 production support, troubleshooting, incident management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Strong hands-on experience in technical requirement analysis, integration development, defect resolution, system enhancements, and testing.
• Strong hands-on experience in automation, process improvement, and operational excellence within Workday environments.
