Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Workday Support Specialist to provide frontline support to employees across entities. You will handle ServiceNow tickets, assist with Workday transactions via email and Teams, and ensure data accuracy throughout the employee lifecycle.

Collaborating with HR Shared Services, Payroll, Recruiters and Technical teams, you will resolve cases efficiently, investigate issues, and continuously enhance Workday knowledge within a growing global fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Experience with Workday is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and case resolution skills.
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional HR teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop Workday knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Workday inquiries through ServiceNow within SLA targets.
• Support employees with Workday questions and transactions via email, Teams and ServiceNow tickets.

This is a brief overview of the position Workday Support Specialist is responsible for providing Workday support to employees across all entities. The role focuses on resolving ServiceNow tickets, maintaining accurate employee data, processing updates and corrections, and supporting HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle. The specialist works closely with HR Shared Services, HRBPs, Recruiters, Payroll, and Technical teams to ensure efficient service delivery and a positive user experience.
