Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced Workday Integration Dev to join our enterprise integration team. The role centers on delivering Workday Studio-based integrations and related components across payroll, benefits, and other modules.

You will work in a multi-location setup (Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune/Indore) with virtual interviews and a strong emphasis on hands-on development, debugging, and agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday Integration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in: Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and Workday Web Services.
• Expertise with XML, XSLT, XPath, REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience integrating Workday with Payroll, Benefits, ATS, Identity Management and ERP systems.
• Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields knowledge; strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with Workday Security and Business Processes; Git and Jira used with Agile methodologies.
