Job summary

Strada is a global leader in people, payroll, and technology, operating in 180+ countries, and delivering cloud-based, people-first solutions. We are seeking a Workday Senior Specialist to drive Absence Management and Time Tracking initiatives with strong SME leadership in an Indian delivery hub.

The role requires 3–6 years of relevant Workday experience, a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to manage multiple projects while engaging with stakeholders to deliver business value.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (M.Tech/MCA) or Bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.Tech) with 65% CGPA from 10th to PG.
• 3–6 years of Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking experience.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document complex business requirements for Workday Absence/Time Tracking.
• Lead design reviews and workshops with stakeholders and management.
• Manage multiple projects and guide the team through the lifecycle.
• Serve as Lead SME for Absence/Time Tracking and mentor others.

Workday Senior Specialist

(RESPONSIBILITIES)

Mandate Skill-Workday Functional with Time Tracking/Absence Background

EducationRequirements:-AMaster’sdegree (M.Tech/MCA) orBachelor’sdegree (B.E/B.Tech) isrequired, with a minimum 65% cumulative grade point average (CGPA) from 10th to Post Graduation (or the average of each year’s grades)

Role, Skills and Knowledge:

• Analyzes,definesand documents complex business requirements and processes relating to the Workday Absence Management / Time Tracking deployment.
• Supportdesign and review sessions/workshops with technical and functional resources at all levels, including members of management.
• Understands the scope and details of project plan andis able toidentifyand communicate the need for resources for tasks or assigned areas of responsibility.
• Manages multiple, parallel projects using exceptional organizational and time management techniques to successfully complete tasks ina timelymanner.
• Manages Workday Absence / Time Tracking implementations through the various lifecycle stages, from business need through design and delivery.
• Act as a Lead Subject Matter Expert for Workday Absence / Time Tracking; expected todemonstratedeep knowledge and experience in this area of expertise. The SME will guide,recommendand lead the team through the project as it relates to this area.
• As a Subject Matter Expert, vital to provide guidance on how their area of capability can help resolve client needs and activelyparticipatesin all phases of the Workday life cycle.
• Monitors progress of tasks against plan, and reports status to leadership on project issues.
• Establishes andmaintainsclient relationships. Communicates client feedback to leadership as appropriate.
• Suggests improvements and proactively addresses issues. Answers all inquiries ina timelybasis.
