Job summary

Strada is seeking a Talent Consultant in Navi Mumbai to drive IT recruitment and client enablement for enterprise cloud applications. You will work on projects spanning HCM/payroll domains, coordinating delivery and stakeholder communication across North America and EMEA regions.

The role emphasizes strong client interaction, project coordination, and expertise in PeopleSoft/Oracle environments, with opportunities for growth in a global technology-led organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; Master’s degree an advantage.
• 3+ years of experience in IT industry.
• Experience with enterprise/cloud apps such as PeopleSoft, Oracle eBusiness Suite, SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud, or Workday.
• Exposure to HCM and Payroll domains.
• Technical expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, MS SQL, or Oracle PL/SQL or setup of above applications per client specs.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects for large enterprises.
• Exposure to North America and EMEA regions preferred.
• Strong communication skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Master’s degree in related areas is an advantage
• Have at least 3+ years of experience in IT Industry
• Experience of working on enterprise applications or cloud applications such as PeopleSoft, Oracle eBusiness Suite, SAP, SuccessFactor, Oracle Cloud, or Workday
• Exposure to domains – HCM, Payroll (mandatory)
• Technical expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, MS SQL, or Oracle PL/SQL or functional expertise in setup and configuration of above mentioned application based on client specifications
• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneous or experience of working for large enterprise clients
• Exposure to North America and EMEA region would be helpful
• Strong communication skills
