Job summary

Strada is seeking an SAP PY APJ Consultant to analyze client processes, configure SAP HR modules, and translate requirements into actionable system designs across regions. You will work to optimize Payroll and Time processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present prototypes to clients.

The role requires minimum 3 years of experience in supporting customers in a global setting, strong English communication, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes using SAP & euHReka platforms and country laws to optimize service.
• Execute SAP HR module tasks (payroll, time, pre-payroll, payroll, post-payroll, portal).
• Take detailed requirements and estimate time/resources; propose development methodology.
• Configure and define business processes based on requirements; present integrated prototype to customer.
• Support client post-implementation and provide training in specialized areas.

Role: SAP PY APJ Consultant

Responsibilities

In addition to the tasks common to all STRADA employees, the specific tasks for this position are:

• Performs the analysis of current client business processes, using the functional knowledge of SAP & euHReka platforms, as well as the laws of different countries to optimize the service
• Has Knowledge of one or several modules of SAP HR, including schema knowledge (payroll, time), pre-payroll process, payroll, post-payroll, portal, etc
• Performs the analysis of current customer business processes
• Performs taking of detailed requirements about the customer’s business processes
• Makes estimates of time and resources required
• Proposes on the appropriate methodology for developing the conceptual design at both the processes as the prototype of the system.
• Plans the configuration and define the business processes in terms of the taking of requirements
• Performs conceptual design at both the processes as the prototype of the system
• Presents the integrated prototype to the customer
• Monitors adaptation and parametrization of the solution to the taking of requirements
• Resolves complex problems related to the functional environment of the application
• Monitors integrated testing
• Supports the client on the functioning of the application
• Completes presented solution with new identified needs in the taking of requirements
• Provides training on those areas in which he/she is specialized for experience and knowledge
• Plans and optimizes human resources and materials needed for project development
• Detects potential and takes the necessary steps to maximize team development
• Encourages and leads the education of the people in the team
• Having a differential knowledge and perform a continuous updating of that knowledge
• Advice and participation in pre-sales activities
• Knows and anticipates to the market trends
• Participates in the development of the application by following the standard methodology (STRADA PMO or any other defined by the company at the time)
• Ensures proper implementation of the solution in different environments (Development, Test and Production)
• Solves complex problems related to the application environment, using functional knowledge of the parameters in the system and the knowledge of legislation in the specific country
• Is a functional reference to one or more areas relating to SAP HR
• They have extensive Knowledge of legislation / SAP customizing for one / several countries
• They are proactive and makes decisions without being forced by events

• Monitors adaptation and configuration of the solution to the taking of requirements
• Resolves complex problems related to the functional environment of the application
• Monitors integrated testing
• Supports the ITCAM on the functioning of the application
• Completes presented solution with new identified needs in the taking of requirements
• Provides internal training on those areas in which he/she is specialized for experience and knowledge
• Detects potential and takes the necessary steps to facilitate team development
• Encourages and leads the education and coaching of team agents working for the account
• Solves complex problems related to the application environment, using functional knowledge of the parameters in the system and the knowledge of legislation in the specific country
• Is a functional reference to one or more areas relating to SAP HR
• They have good understanding of legislation / SAP customizing for one / several countries
• They are proactive and makes decisions without being forced by events

Required Skills

A successful candidate will provide the following professional background:

Experience in the functional domains, understanding the system requirements, translating those into technical specifications

Experience in planning work, quality controls, communication and coordination with team agents

Ability to interact across other business lines of the organization

Minimum 3 years’ experience in supporting customers with successful track record.

Experience in customer communication skills

Experience of working in a global environment.

Experience in Service Level Agreements (SLA) metrics and measures
