Trimble Chennai is seeking a Workday Reporting Analyst (People Analytics) to design, optimize, and scale our Workday reporting ecosystem. You will translate HR data into actionable insights that shape organizational strategy across global teams.

With 3+ years in Workday reporting, you will build dashboards, configure calculated fields, and enhance tools like Manager Insights Hub and Career Hub. You will ensure data security and accuracy across updates and transfers.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining complex Workday reporting solutions.
• Strong proficiency with Workday Prism Analytics, Report Writer, and data reporting architecture.
• Ability to create advanced calculated fields and multi-layered data analyses.
• Solid knowledge of HRIS and HCM processes.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Three or more years of hands‑on experience developing and maintaining complex solutions in Workday Reporting.


• Deep proficiency with Workday Prism Analytics, Report Writer, business objects, data sources, and reporting architecture.


• Proven capability creating advanced calculated fields and executing multi‑layered data analysis.


• Strong foundational knowledge of HRIS and HCM business processes.


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Analytics, or a related quantitative field.

Bonus Points For

• Experience working directly within a specialized People Analytics or HR technology environment.


• Hands‑on exposure to advanced BI and data visualization tools such as Domo or Tableau.


• Strong Excel skills, including expert‑level knowledge of pivot tables and advanced lookup techniques.
