Job summary

Trimont is seeking a Senior Associate Data and Analytics in Hyderabad, India, to join the People & Culture (P&C) team. You will transform HR data into dashboards and insights that drive workforce planning, attrition, compensation, and organizational effectiveness across our global organization.

You will partner with HRBPs and leaders, ensure data quality in UKG/Kronos and other systems, and develop self-service analytics while maintaining strict data confidentiality and governance standards.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in People Analytics or HR analytics.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (UKG/Kronos preferred).
  • Experience with Cognos reporting and complex HR reports.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
  • Strong SQL and data extraction from multiple sources.
  • Understanding of HR processes (recruitment, compensation, payroll).
  • Excellent data confidentiality and governance practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end people analytics projects aligned to business priorities.
  • Translate HR questions into analytical statements and actions.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Senior Associate Data and Analytics to join our People & Culture (P&C) team. This role is critical to our mission of maintaining data integrity across HR systems while leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic workforce decisions. The successful candidate will transform people data into meaningful analysis, dashboards, and actionable insights that support strategic initiatives such as workforce planning, attrition, compensation, and organizational effectiveness. Based in India, this role operates globally, serving as a trusted partner to HR stakeholders and business leaders across our international organization.

Key Responsibilities
People Analytics & Decision Support
  • Lead end-to-end people analytics projects aligned to business priorities
  • Translate business and HR questions into analytical problem statements
  • Analyze workforce data toidentifytrends, risks, and opportunities
  • Provideactionable insights to leadership for decision-making
Data Management & Stewardship
  • EnsureHR data quality in UKG (Kronos) and other HR systems,identifyingand resolving data inconsistencies
  • Develop and implement data cleaning protocols to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Serve as the data owner for HR information, ensuring governance standards and confidentiality protocols are maintained
  • Perform regular data audits and quality assessments, documenting findings and recommending improvements
Data Visualization & Storytelling
  • Design andmaintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership consumption
  • Extract, analyze, and visualize HR metrics includingdemographics,recruitment, retention, headcount, compensation, and employee engagement data
  • Createandmaintainadvanced reports involving multiple queries, Business Intelligence expressions, calculated fields, and complex logic such as IF/THEN statements
  • Develop predictive analytics to help in future focused decision-making.Enable self-service analytics wherefeasible
  • Present complex data in a simple, compelling, and decision-oriented manner
Stakeholder Partnership
  • Partner closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Finance, and Employee Relations teams
  • Act as a thought partner to leaders by asking the right questions through data
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple regions to ensure consistent data standards and reporting
  • Provide training and support to HR teams on data entry standards, system usage, and report interpretation
  • Support leadership reviewsand transformation initiatives withdata andinsights
Project-Based Analytics
  • Support strategic HR initiatives through deep-dive analytics (e.g., attrition drivers, hiring efficiency, cost optimization, DEI metrics)
  • Build hypotheses, run analyses, and present insights with clear recommendations
  • Support scenario modeling and "what-if" analyses for workforce planning
Required Qualifications
  • 6+years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, orCognosBusinessIntelligenceAnalytics
  • Demonstratedproficiencywith HRIS systems (UKG/Kronos experience strongly preferred)
  • IBM Cognos Reporting experience,particularly experience developing complex reports within UKG
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
  • Strong SQL and/or database query skills; ability to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources
  • Understanding of HR processes, metrics, and terminology (recruitment, compensation, benefits, payroll)
  • Meticulous attention to detail with exceptionalprocess orientation,organizational and documentation skills
  • Strong communicationskills and ability to explain complex data conceptsin a succinct, compelling manner
  • Strong commitment to data confidentiality and privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA, and relevant data protection regulations)
  • Ability to work collaboratively across geographies and time zones with strong partnership mindset
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, HR, or related field
  • Experience with multiple HRIS platforms or ERPs (UKG,SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, BambooHR, etc.)Experiencewith the UKG Import Tool preferred
  • Experience working in global or matrix organizations with multi-country datasets
  • Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices for data quality management
