Job summary

Itmc Systems is seeking a Workday Reporting Specialist to design, build, and maintain comprehensive reports across HCM, Finance, and PSA. You will develop complex calculated fields and leverage Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports to meet diverse business needs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions, validate results, and support biannual releases with minimal disruption to reporting continuity.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Workday reports supporting HCM, Finance, and PSA.
• Develop advanced reporting solutions: Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, and Composite Reports.
• Create calculated fields using Evaluate Expression and various Lookup functions.
• Build reporting solutions using Workday BOs, data sources, and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve report-related issues, data discrepancies, and production defects within defined timelines.
• Support Workday biannual releases by assessing report impacts, performing updates, and ensuring reporting continuity.
• Perform report validation, testing, quality checks, and maintain documentation for reporting solutions.

• ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design, build, and maintain Workday reports supporting HCM, Finance, and PSA business functions.
• Develop and manage advanced reporting solutions, including Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, and Composite Reports.
• Create and maintain complex Calculated Fields using functions such as Evaluate Expression, True/False Conditions, Lookup Related Value, and Lookup Value as of Date. Develop calculated fields involving Extract Single Instance, Extract Multi-Instance, Aggregate Related Instances, arithmetic calculations, date calculations, and text concatenation.
• Build reporting solutions using Workday Business Objects, data sources, and reporting frameworks to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate reporting requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve report-related issues, data discrepancies, and production defects within defined timelines.
• Support Workday biannual releases by assessing report impacts, performing required updates, and ensuring reporting continuity.
• Perform report validation, testing, quality checks, and maintain appropriate documentation for reporting solutions.

Partner with cross-functional teams during Workday implementations, enhancements, and ongoing production support activities.
