Accion Labs is seeking a skilled Workday Finance Developer and Support Analyst to join our ERP team in Pune. The role blends development, configuration, and support for Workday Finance, ensuring efficient financial processes and stability.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of Workday Financials experience, including GL, AP, AR, Procurement, and Expenses, with proficiency in reporting tools, integrations, and security. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Workday Finance reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and calculated fields.
• Configure and enhance Workday Financials components including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Expenses, Projects, and General Ledger.
• Develop and maintain integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, Web Services/APIs) between Workday and third-party systems.
• Assist in Workday Finance module implementations and version upgrades.
• Act as primary point of contact for Workday Finance issues and requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues with timely resolutions.
• Monitor system performance, scheduled tasks, and data loads for smooth financial workflows.
• Provide tier-2/3 support and escalate complex issues to Workday or vendors when needed.
• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into configurations.

This role combines hands‑on development, configuration, and support responsibilities within the Workday Finance module, ensuring stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of financial processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, problem‑solving skills, and in‑depth knowledge of financial operations and Workday Financial Management.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Familiarity with Workday Studio and Workday Web Services.
• Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
