PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Workday HCM Manager to lead and manage client engagements within the Workforce Technology - Workday HCM practice. You will guide teams, mentor staff, and focus on delivering innovative solutions that enhance human capital management processes.

You will work within PwC's Digital Core Modernisation network, collaborating with a diverse team to implement cutting-edge Workday solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 9–13 years of experience in HR/Talent/Workday domains.
• Fluent English (oral and written) required.

As a Workday HCM- Manager, you will lead and manage client engagements within our Workforce Technology - Workday HCM practice, focusing on delivering innovative solutions that enhance human capital management processes. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 9-13 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
