TopBloc is seeking a Workday Payroll Post Production Consultant to join our remote India team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality Workday Payroll solutions, resolving payroll issues for diverse clients, and collaborating with sales and internal teams.

• Workday Payroll Certification and 1+ years of experience.
• Post-production support experience with a Workday partner.
• Knowledge of payroll checklists, earnings and deductions, pay groups, GL, costing allocations, audit alerts, approval processes, and security rules.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong customer service and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests and/or tickets.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to interact with clients and coworkers in a positive manner.
• Good problem solver with ability to consider diverse perspectives.
• Recommended internet bandwidth of 20Mbps.
• Fluent in English.

India (Remote) Full-Time Employee Hours: Hours: 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM IST

Requirements (What We’re Looking For)

• Workday Payroll Certification 1+ years
• Workday Payroll post-production support experience with a Workday partner, for customers of all sizes
• Knowledge in payroll checklists, earnings and deductions, pay groups, general ledger, costing allocations, audit alerts, approval processes, and security rules
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests and/or tickets to meet customer deliverables
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
• Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives
• Recommended internet bandwidth of 20Mbps
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

• Work directly with clients to deliver high-quality Workday Payroll solutions across multiple industries to meet, enhance and optimize the client’s business needs
• Work directly with clients, solving Workday Payroll issues as they arise
• Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization
• Assist with internal initiatives, as assigned, designed to improve the team, department or company
• Occasional willingness to assist with client payroll processing on an as-needed basis.
• Utilize Workday experience and knowledge to develop sales material and scope projects as needed by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level)

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
