Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Workday Integration Developer in Bengaluru to join our global technology team. You will design, build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors and web services.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance and IT, troubleshoot issues, implement improvements and stay current with Workday releases. 3-5 years of Workday experience and strong development skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Workday experience in HCM or Finance modules
• 3+ years of strong Workday development using EIB, calculated fields, transformations, and custom reports
• Develop and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, vendors to gather requirements and define integration strategies
• Strong knowledge on Workday Studio and XSLT
• Good knowledge of Workday business processes
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues; perform root cause analysis and implement fixes
• Stay updated on Workday releases and new features; recommend and implement improvements
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Develop and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues; perform root cause analysis and implement fixes
• Collaborate with stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT, vendors) to gather requirements and define integration strategies
• Stay updated on Workday releases and new features; recommend and implement improvement.

About You:
