Job summary

Cerebra is seeking a Workday Integrations Consultant to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems. You will work across HR modules, implement REST/SOAP APIs, and develop mappings and reports to ensure accurate data flows.

The role emphasizes collaboration with functional teams, security considerations, and ongoing maintenance of integrations within Cerebra's Workday Practice. Prior Workday integration experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for data flows.
• Develop custom XSLT transformations and data mappings.
• Monitor integration performance and conduct data accuracy audits.

Workday Integrations Consultant with expertise in Workday Studio, Web Services, and APIs to join our Workday Practice. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining integration between Workday and external systems, ensuring data accuracy and seamless connectivity across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, WECI, PECI, PICOF, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday Web Services.
• BIRT development
• Configure and manage REST and SOAP APIs for Workday and third-party systems.
• Implement inbound and outbound integrations for HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and other Workday modules.
• Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for data flows.
• Develop custom XSLT transformations and handle complex data mapping requirements.
• Monitor integration performance and perform regular audits for data accuracy.
• Maintain security roles and domain policies for integration-related data.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Document integration designs, workflows, and support procedures.
• Build custom reports and leverage Workday reporting tools for integration validation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
