AssistNow is seeking a skilled Workday Integrations Consultant with hands-on experience in Workday Extend to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain Workday integrations to support various business processes and ensure reliable data exchange.

We expect collaboration across cross-functional teams, strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and WWS, plus proficiency in REST/SOAP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Workday integration development.
• Strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, XSLT, XML, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP).
• Proven experience building and deploying solutions using Workday Extend.
• Solid understanding of Workday data models, business process frameworks, and security configurations.
• Proficient in debugging, performance tuning, and error handling of complex integrations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Workday certifications in Integrations and/or Extend are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Ensure integrations meet performance, security, compliance, and scalability standards.
• Support Workday updates and test existing integrations during bi-annual releases.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration designs, configurations, and customizations.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes following agile methodologies.
