• Strong understanding of Workday Payroll and HCM processes.
• Experience integrating Workday with third-party systems.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Workday Integration Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Studio, PECI, and PICOF to design, develop, and support complex enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building integrations from scratch, managing global payroll integrations, and delivering scalable solutions between Workday and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Development

• Design, develop, and deploy complex Workday Studio Integrations from scratch.
• Build end-to-end integration solutions involving advanced business logic, orchestration, and error handling.
• Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and external applications.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing integration frameworks.

Payroll Integration:

• Implement and support PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) integrations.
• Design and configure PICOF (Payroll Interface Cloud Operations Framework) solutions.
• Integrate Workday with global payroll providers and third-party payroll systems.
• Ensure accurate payroll data transfer and compliance with organizational standards.

Technical Development:

• Develop custom XSLT, XML, and XPath transformations for complex business requirements.
• Create and maintain integration mappings, data transformations, and validation rules.
• Work with EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Web Services integrations.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and provide production support.
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Prepare technical design documents and integration specifications.
• Support deployment, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis activities.
• Ensure integration best practices, security standards, and governance are followed.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of Workday Integration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio.
• Experience implementing PECI and PICOF integrations.
• Expertise in XSLT, XML, XPath, and XTT.
• Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
• Strong understanding of Workday Payroll and HCM processes.
• Experience integrating Workday with third-party systems.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting global Workday implementations.
• Workday Integration Certification preferred.
• Experience with multiple payroll vendors and global payroll environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
