Job summary

nVent is seeking a Workday Integrations Analyst in Bengaluru, India to design, develop, maintain and support Workday integrations that ensure secure and reliable data flow between Workday and business systems. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to support critical processes.

The role requires strong technical integration expertise, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of Workday architecture and business processes, including HCM, Payroll and Absence Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HRIS, Business, or related field.
• 2-5 years supporting Workday integrations or HRIS systems.
• Experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, WWS, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, RaaS, and SFTP.
• Knowledge of HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
• Workday Pro certifications

The Workday Integrations Analyst is responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and support of Workday integrations that enable the seamless flow of data between Workday and internal or external business systems. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure secure, accurate, and reliable integrations that support critical business processes. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical integration expertise, analytical problem solving skills, and a solid understanding of Workday architecture and business processes.

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Workday Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, Cloud Connect, and RaaS.
