Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a seasoned Workday Human Resource Management- Analyst to configure and optimize Workday HR solutions. You will partner with HR and IT to manage core HCM, BPFs, reporting, calculated fields, and security. Strong EIB experience and lifecycle knowledge are essential.

Responsibilities include designing and maintaining Workday Core HCM, security configurations, data loading using EIB, and producing dashboards and reports to support HR operations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Workday HCM (Core HCM).
• BPFs (Business Process Framework) expertise.
• Proficient in Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields.
• Hands-on with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
• Knowledge of Workday Security Roles and domain/security controls.
• Understanding of Organizational Structures, Supervisory Organizations, Job Profiles and Positions.

• Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules per business requirements.
• Design, develop, and optimize Workday Business Processes for HR operations.
• Create and maintain custom reports, advanced reports, matrix reports, and dashboards.
• Develop complex Calculated Fields to support reporting and business needs.
• Configure and manage Workday Security Roles and domain security policies.
• Support data loading and extraction activities using EIB.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Workday production issues.
• Collaborate with HR to streamline employee lifecycle processes.
• Participate in requirement gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
