Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented andanalytical HRIS Analyst – Workday to support the administration,maintenance, and optimization of our Workday platform. This role will partnerclosely with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and IT teams toensure data integrity, system efficiency, and an exceptional employeeexperience.
The ideal candidate will have strongWorkday expertise, experience supporting HR processes and configurations, andthe ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Workday Administration & Support
Serve as a primary point ofcontact for Workday support and troubleshooting.
Maintain Workday configurations,business processes, security roles, basic reports, and dashboards.
Support Workday modules includingCore HCM, Absence, Compensation, Talent and Benefits as applicable.
Monitor system performance andidentify opportunities for optimization and automation.
Manage system updates, featurereleases, and regression testing activities.
Business Process & Configuration Management
Configure and maintain Workdaybusiness processes, notifications, validations, and workflows.
Gather business requirements andtranslate them into system solutions.
Support implementation of newWorkday functionality and enhancements.
Partner with stakeholders toimprove HR processes and employee experiences through technology.
Deep, hands-on experiencespecifically in the Advanced Compensation module - Configurecompensation matrices, merit/bonus grids, eligibility rules, and the CompensationReview business process.
Proficient with EIBs(Enterprise Interface Builders) for bulk data loads and complex CalculatedFields.
Configure & maintain securityset up, specific security segments and business process permissions.
Data Integrity & Compliance:
Perform regular audits to ensuredata accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
Support data governanceinitiatives and maintain data quality standards.
Assist with security audits,access reviews, and compliance requirements.
Maintain documentation forconfigurations, processes, and controls.
Support Workday integrations withthird-party systems such as Payroll, Benefits, ATS, Identity Management, andFinance applications.
Partner with IT and externalvendors to troubleshoot integration issues.
Participate in testing andvalidation of inbound and outbound interfaces.
Project & Change Management:
Support Workday implementations,upgrades, and enhancement projects.
Participate in system testing,user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
Create user guides, trainingmaterials, and process documentation.
Provide end-user training andsupport where required.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in HumanResources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
3 - 6 years of HRIS experiencewith at least 2 years supporting Workday.
Strong understanding of WorkdayCore HCM and business process configuration.
Experience supporting HRoperations, data management, and system administration.
Strong analytical,problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
Preferred:
Experience with Workday SecurityAdministration.
Experience with Workdayintegrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PECI, etc.).
Experience supporting global HRprocesses.
Knowledge of HR compliance,payroll, and workforce management processes.
