Job summary

Systechcorp Inc. is seeking an experienced Workday HCM techno-functional professional for hybrid work pattern (2 days WFO) and UK shift timing.

You will handle HCM implementation, configurations in Core HCM and Recruiting, and develop integrations with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of hands-on Workday experience, strong knowledge of integrations, and familiarity with Workday Studio, APIs, and connectors.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in Workday HCM Techno-Functional.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM.
• Hands‑on experience in Workday Recruiting.
• Experience in Workday Integrations.
• Knowledge of Benefits, Connectors, APIs and Workday Studio.
• Strong understanding of Workday functional and technical configurations.

Secondary Skills:

• Workday Reports.
• Workday Security.
• Integration troubleshooting and support.
