Job summary

Cerebra is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Technical Consultant to design, develop, implement and support complex Workday integration solutions. You will work across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting and Financials using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors and WWS.

The role requires proficiency with XML, XSLT, XPath, SOAP, REST APIs, JSON and Web Services, and collaboration with middleware like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica or SAP CPI within an Agile/DevOps environment.

Qualifications

• We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Workday integrations and technical development.
• Candidate should have experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting complex Workday integration solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors and WWS is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors and WWS.
• Work across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting and Financials integrations.
• Develop integrations using XML, XSLT, XPath, SOAP, REST APIs, JSON and Web Services.
• Work with middleware technologies such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica or SAP CPI.
• Configure and troubleshoot Workday business processes, security and integrations.
• Participate in SDLC, Agile delivery and DevOps processes.
• Analyze technical issues, identify root causes and provide effective solutions.
