The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to ensure the system aligns with business needs and enhances operational efficiency.### **Key Responsibilities*** Lead Workday HCM implementations and configurations based on internal requirements.* Conduct requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications.* Configure Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking.* Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and data migration.* Provide end-user training and develop system documentation.* Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support post-implementation.* Ensure compliance with HR policies and data security standards.* Stay current with Workday updates and recommend enhancements.### **Required Qualifications*** Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM.* Proven track record of successful Workday implementations.* Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.* Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.### **Preferred Skills*** Experience with Workday tools like EIB, Report Writer.* Familiarity with data migration and integration techniques.* Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.* Knowledge of localization and compliance requirements across regions.### ### Centific is an equal-opportunity employer.
