Job summary

Honeybee Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Workday HCM & Payroll Consultant with 7+ years of hands-on work experience. The role is remote with a UK shift of 9 hours and requires collaboration with HR, Payroll, and business teams across multiple locations.

Immediate joiners only and interviews include both virtual and face-to-face rounds. The candidate will implement, configure, and support Workday HCM and Payroll modules, analyze requirements, and ensure data accuracy and compliant

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM & Payroll Consultant with 7+ years of experience to support and deliver Workday HCM and Payroll solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM and Payroll, experience in configuration and implementation/support activities, and the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Workday HCM and Payroll modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
• Configure Workday business processes, workflows, security, and functional areas.
• Support payroll-related processes, integrations, and issue resolution.
• Perform impact analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Work with HR, Payroll, and business teams to understand requirements and provide solutions.
• Participate in Workday enhancement, implementation, and production support activities.Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, and process documentation.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, and payroll-related reporting activities.
• Coordinate with technical and functional teams for integrations and issue resolution.
• Ensure solutions comply with business and payroll requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of overall experience in Workday HCM and Payroll.
• Strong hands‑on experience as a Workday HCM & Payroll Consultant.
• Good understanding of Workday HCM business processes.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Payroll processes and configurations.
• Experience in Workday configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and support.
• Good understanding of Workday integrations and data flow.Experience working with HR/Payroll stakeholders and business users.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a UK shift environment.
