Job summary

Jade Global is seeking a skilled Workday Finance Functional Consultant to guide and support client implementations of Workday Finance and Workday Adaptive Planning. You will analyze financial processes, configure solutions to client needs, and ensure successful deployment across GL, AP, AR, and reporting modules.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, documentation, and training to enable smooth adoption and ongoing optimization for clients in various industries.

Qualifications

• 3-8+ years of experience with Workday Finance.
• Proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Experience with Workday implementations and enhancements.
• Workday Finance certification.
• Deep understanding of financial processes in Workday Finance (GL, AP, AR, FR).
• Expertise in configuring business processes and reports.

Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to financial operations.
• Solution Design & Configuration: Design and configure Workday Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting.
• Implement and configure Workday Adaptive Planning to enhance budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis capabilities.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, maintaining clear and effective communication.
• Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain project documentation, training materials, and user manuals; conduct end-user training and post-implementation support.

You will work closely with clients to understand their financial processes, configure Workday solutions to meet their needs, and ensure smooth deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation:
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to financial operations.
• Provide strategic advice on optimizing financial processes using Workday Finance and Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Solution Design & Configuration:
• Design and configure Workday Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting.
• Implement and configure Workday Adaptive Planning to enhance budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis capabilities.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, maintaining clear and effective communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Documentation & Training:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including configuration guides, training materials, and user manuals.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of the system.

Required Skills & Experience:
