Job summary

CloudRock is seeking a Workday Senior Integration Consultant - FIN to oversee delivery and continuous improvement of Workday Financials integrations across its global client base. You will lead the FINS Integrations team, manage post-production support, and drive solution design and delivery with stakeholders worldwide.

The role requires strong Workday Financials experience, leadership, and client engagement, with a hybrid work model and opportunities for travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering technical solutions for HCM, Payroll, or Financials systems.
• 4+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience, including 2+ years leading teams or projects.
• Strong Workday Financials integration background (accounting journals, supplier invoices, expense reports, bank integrations).
• Deep expertise in Studio, Core Connectors, CCTPP, Web Services (SOAP/REST), PICOF, PECI, XSLT, and Advanced Reporting.
• Experience managing post-production support in a client-facing, multi-location environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FINS Integrations team to deliver and support Workday Financials integrations.
• Serve as Hypercare Lead after go-live and the senior escalation point for integration issues.
• Lead client discussions and solutioning workshops to turn requirements into technical architecture.
• Review and approve estimates, solution designs, and integration documentation.
• Monitor team performance, balance workload, and support hiring and development of consultants.
• Drive automation, best practice, and knowledge sharing; ensure adherence to delivery standards.

Workday Senior Integration Consultant - FIN

Purpose

• Oversee delivery, support, and continuous improvement of Workday Financials integrations within CloudRock’s Financials integration practice.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Strong Workday Financials integration background (accounting journals, supplier invoices, expense reports, bank integrations).

Preferred

• Workday Integration certification (Studio, Core Connectors, or FINS-specific).
• End-to-end Workday Financials implementation experience.
• Flexibility to work shifts supporting global clients.
