ARA Resources Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Workday Extend Lead/Manager to design, build and configure applications, serving as the primary point of contact for client projects. The role is pan-India with hybrid work arrangements and 11–16 years of experience expected.

Responsibilities include leading implementations, gathering requirements, configuring Workday Extend, and delivering solutions across multiple teams while mentoring junior consultants.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with at least 3 years in Workday Extend
• Certification in Workday Extend is mandatory
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Workday project lifecycle
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and client-facing consulting roles

• Lead and support Workday implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Configure and support Workday solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, integrations, and post-production support.
• Provide strategic consulting and advisory support to enterprise clients.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor junior consultants/team members.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Support issue resolution, risk management, governance, and documentation activities.

Must Have Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience with minimum min 3 yrs into workday extend.
• Relevant certification is necessary
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Workday project lifecycle.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and client-facing consulting roles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
