Hexaware Technologies is seeking a seasoned Workday specialist to lead design and architecture of integrations using Workday Extend. You will collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, secure solutions within the Workday ecosystem.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in Workday Integrations, strong HCM/Financials knowledge, and proven API proficiency across REST/SOAP. Excellent communication skills are essential.

• Over 7 years of experience with Workday Integrations.
• At least 3 years of experience developing applications using Workday Extend.
• Strong expertise in Workday HCM, Financials, or related Workday modules.
• Experience designing scalable cloud-based applications.
• Deep understanding of Workday’s APIs, data models, and security protocols.
• Experience with web services, REST, and SOAP APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
