Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, RaaS, Core Connectors, Web Services/APIs, and other integration technologies.
• Work on Workday Procurement integrations, including PunchOut and cXML integrations and related scenarios.
• Provide production support for Workday integrations, including root-cause analysis and monitoring.
• Independently analyze integration failures and collaborate with stakeholders to drive resolution.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Workday Integration Development, Procurement integrations, and Production Support. The ideal candidate should be technically strong while also having a solid understanding of Workday functional areas and business processes.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, and supporting integrations end-to-end, while independently working with functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to resolve complex integration issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and troubleshoot Workday integrations.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, RaaS, Core Connectors, Web Services/APIs, and other integration technologies.
• Work on Workday Procurement integrations, including PunchOut and cXML integrations and related scenarios.
• Provide production support for Workday integrations, including:
• Root-cause analysis
• Integration monitoring
• Failure recovery and reprocessing
• Independently analyze integration failures and proactively identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, vendors, and technical teams to drive issues through resolution.
• Understand functional requirements and translate them into effective technical integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration issues related to business processes, reports, calculated fields, security, and functional configuration.
• Support integrations across Workday Finance, Procurement, HCM, and related business processes.
• Own integration issues end-to-end with minimal dependency on functional/configuration teams.
• Prepare technical documentation and support integration testing and deployment activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Workday Integration Development.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio is highly preferred.
