Job summary

TekWissen Group in Mumbai is seeking a seasoned Workday Consultant for a temporary 4-month assignment onsite. The role requires deep Workday HCM expertise with strong functional and technical skills in Time Tracking, Absence Management, Core HCM, Benefits and Compensation.

You will configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules, modify calc fields and reports, administer security, and develop documentation and training materials to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on Workday HCM functional and technical contractor experience.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM with expertise in Time Tracking, Absence, and Leave.
• Familiar with calc field changes, reports, and functional changes.
• Self-starter, able to work independently on fast-paced delivery projects.
• Experience in a support team environment and handling escalations effectively.
• Able to manage complex issues independently while collaborating across teams.
• Strong reporting, troubleshooting, and production support in Workday.
• Excellent attention to detail and validation under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

• The person should be seasoned and well familiar with Workday functional and some technical ( reports, Calc fields, etc) which are needed the next few months.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules, including Time Tracking, and Absence Management, Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation,
• Modify Calc fields, reports, conditions rules and Absence plans as needed for retrofitting needed for project
• Configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions, ensuring they meet business needs.
• Administer and maintain Workday security, including security group updates, access controls for various employee populations, and user notification configurations.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Your Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience as a Workday HCM functional and technical contractor
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Workday HCM, with specific expertise in Time Tracking, Absence, and Leave.
• Verify familiar with calc field changes, reports, and functional changes.
• Proven ability to act as a self-starter, working independently to manage tasks and able to pick up fast in a quick delivery projects.
• Experience in a support team environment, with the ability to handle escalations effectively.
• Proven ability to manage complex issues independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
• Strong experience in reporting, troubleshooting, and supporting production operations in Workday.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform accurate validation under tight deadlines
