Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst Workday Benefits Consultant in India to implement and optimize Workday Benefits solutions for clients.

You will lead configuration, testing, and client workshops while collaborating with partners to meet business requirements. You will design comprehensive benefit programs, including health, retirement, PTO, and leave, and you will assist in data migration and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• 1-2 Benefits implementations in Workday HCM ERP streams.
• Minimum 2 years in Workday workstream.
• Active Workday HCM certification; Benefits certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with work experience.
• Ability to setup benefit plans and open enrollment experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide Workday Benefits configuration and implementation expertise.
• Design and test benefits solutions including health, retirement and PTO.
• Lead client sessions to gather requirements and ensure adoption of standard Workday methods.
• Assist in data conversion and client testing of designed solutions.
• Analyze Workday releases and impacts on client configurations.
• Manage multiple projects of varying scale and duration.

Requirements

• As a Workday Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday’s Benefits Solution.

• Certification in Workday HCM is a must and Workday Benefits is an added advantage.

• You will provide Workday product, subject‑matter, and implementation expertise; and work with partners to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the derived solutions.

• In‑depth knowledge of how benefits plan such as retirement plans (403b) are setup in benefits.

• You will work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success.

• Design and implement requirements in the Workday Benefits solution including company benefits program, which can include health and welfare plans, retirement plans, wellbeing plans, PTO and other leave programs, and other voluntary benefits.

• Demonstrate the configurations through the development of a prototype.

• You will assist in creating solutions for clients and/or internal review.

• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements; ensure client takes advantage of Workday standard methodologies.

• Help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients in testing the designed solutions.

• Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration.

• Resolve functional issues and understand and implement complex business scenarios.

• Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration.

Requirements

• Substantial and measurable delivery within the ERP/Workday HCM workstreams of 1‑2 Benefits implementations.·

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Workday workstream.·

• Current active Workday HCM Certification, Workday Benefits Certification is an added advantage.·

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with work experience.·

• Must be able to setup benefit plans and experience of working on open enrollment will be added advantage.·
