Job summary

Vihiraconsultancy is seeking a Workday Benefits & Absence consultant with 4-8 years of configuration experience to design and implement benefits and absence solutions. You will define eligibility rules, configure benefit plans, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while coordinating ACA and FMLA reporting.

Candidate should have Workday Certifications (preferred) and familiarity with payroll integration touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of Workday Benefits & Absence configuration experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the touchpoints between Benefits, Absence, HCM, and Payroll.
• Understanding of FMLA and State Leave programs.
