Advance Career Solutions is seeking a Workato Integrations Developer with 5+ years of experience to design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end Workato integrations across enterprise applications.

Location: PAN India with immediate to 1 week notice period. The role emphasizes migration from existing interfaces (TIBCO to Workato) and building scalable, reusable integration solutions using APIs, webhooks, and HIP-aligned patterns.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end Workato integrations.

Job Title: Workato integrations Developer

Experience: 5+ Years

Hiring Locations: PAN India

Notice Period: Immediate to 1 week

Must have skill / Mandatory: Workato + integrations

Required Skills Experience

1. Design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end Workato integrations across enterprise applications, ensuring adherence to SDLC and governance standards.
2. Experience contributing to the design and architecture of complex integration solutions.
3. Actively participate in the technical analysis and execution of migrating existing interfaces from TIBCO to WORKATO, ensuring a smooth and reliable transition.
4. Proven, hands-on development experience in at least one significant migration project from a traditional middleware platform (like TIBCO, MuleSoft) to a modern iPaaS solution. Direct development experience with Workato is highly desirable.
5. Build scalable and reusable integration solutions, leveraging Workato recipes, APIs, webhooks, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
6. Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and application teams to translate business requirements into robust integration designs aligned with Hybrid Integration Platform (HIP) principles.
7. Manage the complete integration lifecycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, performance optimization, and production support.
