Job summary

Advance Career Solutions seeks an experienced integration engineer to design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end Workato integrations across enterprise applications, ensuring adherence to SDLC and governance standards.

You will lead migrations from TIBCO/MuleSoft to Workato, build scalable integration patterns using recipes and APIs, and collaborate with architects and business teams to manage the full lifecycle from requirements to production support in a HIP framework.

Job description

1. Design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end Workato integrations across enterprise applications, ensuring adherence to SDLC and governance standards.
2. Experience contributing to the design and architecture of complex integration solutions.
3. Actively participate in the technical analysis and execution of migrating existing interfaces from TIBCO to WORKATO, ensuring a smooth and reliable transition.
4. Proven, hands‑on development experience in at least one significant migration project from a traditional middleware platform (like TIBCO, MuleSoft) to a modern iPaaS solution. Direct development experience with Workato is highly desirable.
5. Build scalable and reusable integration solutions, leveraging Workato recipes, APIs, webhooks, event‑driven architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
6. Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and application teams to translate business requirements into robust integration designs aligned with Hybrid Integration Platform (HIP) principles.
7. Manage the complete integration lifecycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, performance optimization, and production support.
