Job summary

A.P. Moller Maersk is seeking a Work Placement Migration Specialist to strategically manage the placement and migration of work across Global Shared Services Centre locations.

You will ensure alignment with service delivery models, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance with established standards. The role requires strong programme management, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills, with experience in global environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading Large Transition Projects (150 FTE or more).
• 3-5 years relevant experience in Transition Management, Migrations Project Management.
• Certified Prince2 Practitioner/ PMP is a must. Additional LEAN Six Sigma is preferred.
• Experience working in a global business environment.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and communication skills.
• Excellent Presentation skills and overall expertise in MS Office Suite - especially MS Excel and Power point.

Responsibilities

The Work Placement Migration Specialist is responsible for strategically managing the placement and migration of work across Global Shared Services Centre (GSC) locations, ensuring alignment with service delivery models, operational efficiency, and compliance with established principles and standards.
