Job summary

Siemens India Goa is seeking a Diploma holder to operate a range of plant processes including pickling, electropolishing, and plating. The role requires monitoring process parameters and performing quality checks to uphold production standards.

Responsibilities include supporting maintenance, managing inventory, maintaining 5S standards, and assisting in audits and process improvements. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required (Freshers preferred).
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and chemical handling.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Operate pickling, electropolishing, siliconization, plating, WTP, ETP, and scrubber plant processes.
• Conduct chemical concentration testing and monitor process parameters.
• Perform quality checks and ensure adherence to production and quality standards.
• Follow EHS, chemical handling, waste management, and safety procedures.
• Support preventive maintenance and equipment upkeep.
• Monitor chemical and consumable inventory and maintain 5S standards.
• Assist in audits, process improvements, and cross-functional activities.
