Job summary

Siemens Ltd. Goa is seeking an entry-level candidate to support multiple departments, including production, quality, planning, warehouse, and maintenance. This role offers a broad foundation and hands-on experience in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication required.
• 3–5 years of experience is preferred.
• Sound working experience on PCBA and Device process.
• Understanding of SMT, Wave, EMA equipment and processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks and duties as assigned by department supervisors and team leaders.
• Monitor daily KPI (Plan vs Actual) and Customer delivery adherence.
• Follow SOPs to ensure efficiency and quality in operations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Participate in training and on-the-job learning to develop role-related skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks and duties as assigned by department supervisors and team leaders.
• Monitoring of daily KPI (Plan v/s Actual) , Customer delivery adherence
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and quality in departmental operations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets.
• Participate in training programs and on-the-job learning opportunities to develop skills and knowledge relevant to your role.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee daily production activities and ensure efficient operation of production lines.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards to meet customer requirements and company objectives.
• Train and mentor production team members to optimize performance and productivity.
• Coordinate with other departments such as , Industrial Engineering ,maintenance, logistics, and quality assurance to achieve production targets.
• Implement safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for all employees.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication or equivalent qualification required with 3 – 5 years of experience.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Sound working experience on PCBA and Device process.
• Understanding of SMT, Wave, EMA products and machine.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
