Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in India seeks a seasoned Windows platform engineer to join our operations team, focusing on server administration, automation, and infrastructure management.

You will apply PowerShell and Python scripting, work with Ansible/SCCM/Puppet/Chef, and manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and Windows security. Familiarity with Azure/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices is a plus. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Windows Server Administration and Automation.
• Strong hands-on PowerShell and Python scripting.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, SCCM, or Chef.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO and Windows security.
• Experience with OS upgrades, patching, provisioning and compliance automation.
• Familiarity with Azure/AWS hybrid cloud environments.
• Exposure to ServiceNow, Docker, Kubernetes and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Role focused on Windows platform engineering, automation, and infrastructure management.
• Implement scripting and automation to manage servers and deployments.
• Contribute to patch management, provisioning, and compliance automation.
• Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid Azure/AWS environments.
• Assist with DevOps practices and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
