Job summary

LTM is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to support PAN India operations (except Hyderabad). The role requires deep expertise in Active Directory, Windows Server, DNS/DHCP, ADFS, and Tanium, with strong scripting and cloud skills.

You will plan and implement patching, backup/recovery, and security configurations, while managing RBAC, certificates, and site health monitoring. Prior experience with VMware/Exchange/Citrix is a plus.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with AD CS, ADFS, and DNS/DHCP services.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure is a must.
• Expertise in backup/recovery and server patching processes.
• Familiarity with failover clustering and latest Microsoft technologies.
• Proficiency in SAML SSO concepts and PowerShell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Plan Tanium agent configurations and computer group additions.
• Create and manage Boundary Groups across Distribution Points.
• Monitor site communications, bandwidth, and server health.

Designing Planning and Implementing Patching through TANIUM

• Planning Tanium agent confgurations and computer groups addition
• Creating and managing Boundary Groups across one or more Distribution Points
• Management of site communications Bandwidth Zone servers etc
• RoleBased Administration Managing custom roles and security scopes
• Planning and securing TANIUM using security certificates
• General monitoring of site health log files and the TANIUM console
• Planning configuring and implementing a backup plan to mitigate the loss of TANOS server
• Fundamental knowledge of ESX VMware InfrastructureExchange Citrix

Secndary Skill

ITIL Working Knowledge of Ticketing tool any
