Job summary

Flexis IT is seeking a seasoned Windows/Cloud Identity Administrator in Delhi to implement and operate Azure Entra ID, Intune, SSO, MFA, and Zero Trust controls while managing hybrid AD environments. The role requires 7+ years in Windows administration, hands-on experience with Hyper-V/VMware, and proficiency in Office 365 and cloud services.

You will ensure secure, reliable IT infrastructure with remote management through our NOC.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Windows administration and IT infrastructure support.
• Experience in Azure Entra ID, Intune, SSO and MFA configurations.
• Strong problem-solving and independent work ability.

Responsibilities

• Implement, operate, and maintain Entra ID and Intune.
• Design, deploy, and manage Entra ID services across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and Zero Trust security controls.
• Manage user lifecycle processes, groups, service principals, managed identities, and device access.
• Monitor and troubleshoot authentication, synchronization, and access-related issues.
• Implementing and managing AD infrastructure as a service in Microsoft Azure Cloud

Roles and Responsibilities

Azure Entra ID

• Implement, operate, and maintain Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and Intune.
• Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) services across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and Zero Trust security controls.
• Manage user lifecycle processes, groups, service principals, managed identities, and device access.
• Monitor and troubleshoot authentication, synchronization, and access-related issues.
• Implementing and managing AD infrastructure as a service in Microsoft Azure Cloud

Windows Server

• Creating Users and Groups on Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• 7+ years of experience in Windows administration, troubleshooting, installation and support of Windows, Microsoft/Office 365 and Networking issues.
• Monitoring, Troubleshooting and Administration of the IT Infrastructure - Servers, Backup & Antivirus
• Candidates must have skills to troubleshoot clients’ IT issues independently.
• Should have deep knowledge of Windows Administration, Windows Server Installation and Knowledge and working experience in Back up Approach, MS Patch administration, and Domain controller.
• Experience in Managing Microsoft Windows servers with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File server, Print Server, and Group Policies.
• Experience in Managing Virtualized Environment using Hyper-V and/or VMWare
• Configuration and troubleshooting of various operating systems like Windows 2012/2016/2019
• Manage Windows Server Backup procedures and configuration
• Managed/Migrated Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft 365/Office 365
