Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited in Nagpur is seeking an experienced Windows Server Administrator to manage and secure Windows Server environments. You will administer AD/DNS/DHCP, apply patches, and develop PowerShell scripts to automate operations.

You will provide L3 support for critical incidents, coordinate with network, security, and app teams, and mentor junior engineers while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Windows Server environments (2008, 2012/2016/2019/2022).
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy administration.
• Experience providing L3 support for critical incidents.
• Patching, upgrades, hardening, and performance optimization.
• Scripting with PowerShell for automation and efficiency.
• Monitoring health and resolving complex issues within SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows Server environments in enterprise infrastructure.

• 6. Monitor infrastructure health and resolve complex issues within SLA timelines.


• 7. Collaborate with network, security and application teams for issue resolution.
