Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru is seeking a Windows Server Administrator to install, configure and maintain Windows Server environments across 2016/2019/2022. You will manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, group policy, storage and backups, and participate in patching, security updates, and DR procedures.

You will monitor performance, support virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), assist incident/change management, and collaborate with networking, security and cloud teams in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

• Implement and manage server patching and security updates.
• Troubleshoot server, operating system, and application-related issues.
• Manage server backups, restoration, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Support virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper‑V.
• Perform server hardening and security compliance activities.
• Manage storage, shared folders, and print services.
• Maintain server documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with networking, security, cloud, and application teams.
• Provide support for incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Participate in on-call support and critical issue resolution.
