Job summary

Global Business Ser. 4u is seeking an experienced Windows Active Directory administrator to join our Hyderabad team. The role requires on-site work in Hytech Park with day shifts and occasional after-hours support to resolve urgent issues.

You will manage AD deployment and replication, integrate public cloud platforms, and maintain server infrastructure. Strong troubleshooting, change management, and SQL familiarity are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Windows and Active Directory administration experience.
• 2+ years of public cloud experience (Azure/AWS).
• Configuring and maintaining networked computer systems, hardware, software and applications.
• Ensuring data is backed up and secured.
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking and system issues.
• AD deployment, replication, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with P1/P2 and Change Management.
• Familiarity with SQL and database operations.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows AD and server infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AD, Windows Server and network issues.
• Monitor system performance and security; apply patches and updates.
• Support change management processes and incident handling.
• Provide on-call support outside business hours when needed.

• We are looking for someone who has IT Consulting Industry Experience
• Experience 8+ Years on Windows, Active Directory Administration/Trouble shooting the issues and on any public cloud with 2 years' Experience
• Configuring and maintaining the networked computer system, including hardware, system software, and applications.
• Ensuring data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.
• Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary.
• AD experience on deployment, Replication and troubleshooting the issue independently
• Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
• Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the networked computer system.
• Providing technical support when requested.
• Trouble shooting knowledge and experience on Windows server issues and AD issues.
• Work experience on P1, P2 and Change Management
• Past experience administering server-side technology and networked computing systems.
• Familiarity with SQL and database operations.
• Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines.
• Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly.
